What is the attire?

The attire is black-tie. Please wear floor-length dresses, tuxedos, and/or dark suits.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?

The ceremony will be held outside, rain or shine. Please plan accordingly. The outside ceremony space will be heated if necessary.

The cocktail hour will be held both inside the venue and outside on the patio. The outdoor patio will be heated.

The reception will be held inside.

What time should guests not taking the shuttle arrive at the venue?

Guests not taking the shuttle should arrive at 4:00 PM.

What time is the ceremony?

4:30 PM

Is the ceremony unplugged?

Yes, the ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony! Five minutes prior to the event, please turn off all cell phones. Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, and enjoy the special day with us.

What is the wedding hotel and group reservation name?

The hotel is the Fairfield Inn & Suites Goshen Middletown. The reservation name is DiMarco -Antonucci Wedding.

What times does Shuttle #1 leave the hotel and go to the venue?

Shuttle #1 - 3:30 PM (boarding begins at 3:20 PM)

After the reception, when will the shuttles return to the hotel?

Shuttle #1 - 10:00 PM
Shuttle #2 - 10:15 PM

When will pictures for the immediate family be taken?

There will be three large-group photos announced by our DJ at the appropriate time during the reception.

The large-group photos will be of the following family members:

Antonucci/Bart
DiMarco
Carrion/Torres

** Pictures taken prior to the ceremony will be of the bride and groom, the bridal party, and parents & grandparents of the bride and groom.

When and where is the after-party?

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Goshen Middletown hotel from 11:15 PM to 1:00 AM.

Where can gifts from the registry be shipped to?

Our home address is listed on our registry.
