Schedule of Events
Welcome Dinner
The bride's parents invite the bridal party and ceremony participants to celebrate Jacquelyn and Maxwell at a welcome dinner on Friday, November 3rd. Prior to the dinner, the bride and groom will share brief announcements regarding day-of-events. Dinner guests include the following people:
- The Bride & Groom
- The Officiant
- Bridesmaids & Groomsmen
- Ceremony Readers
- Parents of the Bride & Groom
** The welcome dinner will be held at Mario's Restaurant in Highland Mills at 6:00 PM.

Morning Of
The bridal party will be getting ready together in their respective suites at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Goshen Middletown hotel.
Bridesmaids
Please be on time to Jacquelyn's bridal suite at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Goshen Middletown hotel. Bridesmaids, and the mothers of the bride & groom will get ready along with the bride at 7:00 AM. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
The hair and makeup glam squad will arrive at 7:00 AM sharp. Please provide two pictures (one for hair and one for makeup) for the stylists of the look you've chosen.

Photographer Arrives for Bride, Bridesmaids, and Parents of the Bride |

"Getting Ready" photos will be taken of the bride, bridesmaids, and the parents of the bride at 12:35 PM. Bridesmaids and the mother of the bride need to dress in wedding attire directly after touch-ups.
The bride, bridesmaids, and the parents of the bride will depart for the venue by limo at 1:30 PM.
Groomsmen
Please be on time to the Fairfield Inn & Suites Goshen Middletown hotel at 10:45 AM. Lunch will be provided for the groomsmen, and the fathers of the bride & groom. For the sake of time, please arrive to the hotel already dressed in tuxedo pants and shoes. Following lunch, there will be time to put on shirts, jackets, and bow-ties before we begin pictures.
At 12:00 PM, we will take pictures of the groom, the groomsmen, and the parents of the groom.
At 12:30 PM, the groom, the groomsmen, and the parents of the groom will depart for the venue by limo.
Pictures
"Getting Ready"
These will include the groom, groomsmen, and parents of the groom as well as the bride, bridesmaids, and the parents of the bride. The "getting ready" photos will be at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Goshen Middletown hotel at 12:00 PM for the groom and 12:35 PM for the bride.
First-Look
These will be of the bride and groom from 2:15 PM to 3:00 PM at the venue.
Bridal Party
These photos will include the bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents, and grandparents from 3:15 PM and 3:45 PM.
Immediate Family
These photos will be taken during the reception. There will be three large-group photos announced by our DJ at the appropriate time.
The large-group photos will be of the following family members:

- Carrion/Torres
Ceremony & Reception
- Arrival time: 4:00 PM
- Ceremony: 4:30 PM
- Cocktail Hour: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Reception: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- After-party: 11:15 PM to 1:00 AM
- Sunday Breakfast: 9:00 AM
** Guests will be "allowed" into the outside ceremony space beginning at 4:00 PM.
Please do not arrive prior to 60 minutes before the ceremony. Guests who arrive between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM may hang out in the pub area (not the outside ceremony space).
After-party
The after-party will be hosted at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Goshen Middletown hotel. Please join us in continuing to celebrate the bride and groom. Whether you're staying overnight at the hotel or not, we hope that you'll still stop by. There will be late-night food, drinks, and more fun to be had!
Sunday Breakfast
Breakfast will be provided for guests staying overnight at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Goshen Middletown hotel at 9:00 AM.
